I am a mechanical and medical device design engineer with 15+ years of experience. I specialize in patient-specific implants, trauma plates, spinal implants, and custom surgical instruments.
I have designed nearly all types of trauma plates in lattice structure. This is significantly more complex than standard trauma plate design — something most engineers who draw conventional plates cannot achieve.
I have hands-on experience with titanium and PEEK materials, lattice structures, and Design for Additive Manufacturing (DfAM).
In 2014, I designed the anatomical S-channels for Ankara’s first metal 3D printing project — a challenge no other engineer had solved at the time.
