For over twenty years, I have participated in the design and manufacturing of more than 500 products and devices used by clients in various sectors. This experience has allowed me to develop a solid understanding of functionality, usability, ergonomics, technical feasibility, materials, production processes, certification, and the costs associated with product development.

My approach combines mechanical engineering with a methodology focused on precision and efficiency. As an advanced user of Autodesk Inventor (2D and 3D), I have developed solutions that integrate the client's knowledge of their product and process with an external perspective focused on optimizing performance, manufacturing, and cost.

I also have experience as a CAM programmer (milling and machining centers) using Open Mind's Hypermill, and as a metrologist, using my own Faro Arm for inspection and quality control. I have basic Python programming skills and can use AI when required.

My work includes virtual prototypes, CAE analysis, animations, visualization, and functional prototypes generated by CAM or 3D printing, always maintaining a technical and visual standard that facilitates decision-making.

I am fully prepared to collaborate remotely, integrating into the team at the times required. The generated information can be stored in your cloud service and delivered in native .ipt format or in any required standard (CADPart, IGES, STEP, SAT, X_T, STL, OBJ, etc.).
