I hold a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and I work full-time as a manufacturing engineer. I use CAD (SolidWorks specifically) daily and am very proficient. I am able to assist with everything from product concept to producing a fully working prototype. My experience includes designing for plasma cutting, laser cutting, 3D printing, sheet metal bending, assessing for manufacturability, machineability, tolerance stack-up and a whole lot more. Electromechanical and off-the-shelf component integration are my specialty. Keeping costs down is something I can help you with greatly.
