About
• Develop architectural drawing for the Tenders / project according the set standards and projects requirements.
• Prepare 2d drawing as per 3d image.
• Prepare 3D interior views & joinery elements by engineers
• Support and assists project team on preparation of new 3d drawing.
• Work closely with project management team and service providers to assure timely
MEP .
• Preparing and following a general maintenance schedule.
• Prepare HVAC shop drawings as per selected machine by engineers.
• Prepare Electrical Drawing, Low current drawing, DB schedule as per layout & equipment voltage, electing the cable sizes as per KAHARMA standards.
• Technically issues to be sort out either in HVAC , FA , FF , Electricals.
• Attending meeting with Consultant and Client if any technical issue to be priority to inform and find solution
• Work closely with project management team and service providers to assure timely.
