-Generated and managed clash detection reports using Autodesk Navisworks/Aveva E3D Clash detection, to identify
and resolve piping interferences with structural, electrical, and HVAC systems.

-Conducted 3D laser scanning, registration, bundle adjustments and post-processing to develop point cloud data

ones) using up-to-date point cloud.
-Prepared material take-offs MTOs) for piping systems based on design drawings, specifications (and sometimes
just clients preference).
-Oversaw piping fabrication assurance for numerous Piping Replacement Project, focusing on minimizing
downtime and optimizing installation processes.
-Carried out Equipment fit assurance on a facility retrofit projects.
-Developed and implemented quality assurance protocols to ensure that the fabrication of piping systems adhered
to industry standards and accurately reflected design/shop drawings.
-Participated in 3D model reviews with multidisciplinary teams to understand design issues and collaborate on
solutions
