• Volunteer designer My Human Kit · Freelance Aug 2023 – Present 1 yrs 9 mos France As a volunteer to the Association My Human Kit, I participated to the design and the manufacturing of myoelectric Hand Prosthesis (movement by EMG Signals).
  It is an opensource project using last technologies in matter of electronic, power and production means.
  With the participation of several companies and schools, the actors involved were able to respond to all need for this project with professionnal and last generation tools.
  I was responsible of the cinematic design and the antropomorphologic aspect of the hand, meaning the CAD design except of the gearbox design.
  Currently at the V3 of the BIONICOHAND (name of the prosthesis), it participated at the Cybathlon 2024 (paralympic of bionic system)and finished second in the arms prosthesis section against 15 others prosthesis.

• Mechanical Engineer R&D Toyota Motor Europe · Full-time Jun 2018 – Jun 2020 2 yrs Belgium Engineer in R&D Powertrain division TOYOTA MOTOR EUROPE
  
  Project description/Main tasks
  
  - Technical transfer of engine parts from Toyota Japan Design to European Supplier.
  - Responsibility of each part from sourcing to Mass production (3D data and 2D drafting release)
  - Following of Process and tooling design with Supplier.
  - Following of durability tests and evaluation on parts.
  - Benchmarking on OEM engine part for material analysis.
  - Learning of Toyota Process for sourcing, Tool design and Off-Process steps.
  - Prototyping on engine powertrain based on Fuell Cell technology (3D printing, wielding, assembly).
  
  Main results
  
  - Parts in validation for Mass production assembly.
  - Knowledge and expertise on production technics increased (Plastic injection, stamping, sintering).
  - Improvement of product by increasing quality of the parts used.
  - Analysis of problem defect on Prototype and countermeasure with limited impact on cost.
• Mechanical engineer Electric Motion · Full-time Feb 2016 – Nov 2017 1 yrs 9 mos France Company description:
  
  Company specialized in Electric Motorcycle and EV powertrain development.
  Engineering office responsible of design and development of integrality of vehicle (body design, powertrain, homologation, etc…)
  
  Objective:
  
  Create an urban motorcycle to respond at best to public request. The principal criteria were: light, agility, satisfying autonomy and accessible price.
  In parallel we were in constant research of new technology to optimize the driving and the powertrain.
  
  Realizations/ Activities:
  
  • Designing of E-trek model (chassis: deformation study in analytic and numerical method, esthetic: plastic design in thermoforming, Prototype: assembly and test)
  • Improvement of powertrain system regarding the battery pack (Cells, BMS, Integration), Motor BLDC (Mechanic design, reliability)
  • Research of potential partners and suppliers, first contact and support of relations
  • Following of parts from designing to production by suppliers
  • Integration of quality control for parts and motorcycle
  • Optimization of parts by customers feedback and anticipation of potentials defects
  • Intervention on powertrain system (battery, motor, inverter) requesting training.
  • Optimization of parts cost by suppliers comparison, shared parts and negotiation
  • Development of product directly with partners to improve it
  • Intervention on production line to increase rate
  • Intervention on repairing defect products linked to the powertrain
