- KUMBA IRON, SISHEN KOKETSO EXECUTION PROJECT, KATHU, NORTHERN CAPE, South Africa HATCH · Contract Aug 2019 – Jan 2024 4 yrs 5 mos Edenvale, GP, South Africa Work done on the Coarse Plant (C20500) and Jigging Plant (C70000). The existing plants are being modified substantially due to process changes. Most of the existing equipment are being demolished, with new equipment introduced and modified. "Point Cloud" scans and "True View" systems used extensively. 3D Modelling and drawing work included. All CAD files and filing structure as well as Vendor information for the above areas, was my responsibility
- EXXARO, Grootegeluk Coal Rail LOS Project, Lepalale, South Africa, South Africa Hatch · Full-time Aug 2009 – Dec 2013 4 yrs 4 mos Edenvale, GP, South Africa Plant consisted of the interface between existing Stockpile Yard Conveyors, loading onto a matrix of new conveyors. The Flask Rapid Loadout Station is in turn loaded by these conveyors, with various grades of coal, ranging from thermal coal to nuts, peas and duff. The maximum ton per hour is 4750 ton per hour.
