Hi, I'm Mohammed Hammad, a 4th year Mechanical Engineering student with a passion for CAD design. I am a Certified SolidWorks Professional (CSWP) with additional certifications in mechanical design (CSWPA-SU, WD, DT, SM). I have been working with SolidWorks since 2021 and have gained proficiency in using it for complex 3D modeling tasks. I have a good understanding of FEA and GD&T, and I use Ansys software for simulation and KeyShot for rendering. I also have basic knowledge of manufacturing processes. As an aspiring mechanical design engineer, I am eager to take on challenging projects and provide high-quality deliverables

Mechancial Design Engineer giad indurstural city · Internship Oct 2022 – Nov 2022 1 mos undefined, Sudan As a product design trainee at Giad Industrial City, I gained valuable experience in the design and manufacturing of various products. I localized products from outside the country, oversaw the manufacturing process, and managed the assembly of the final product. I also worked on reverse-engineering different types of products from several sectors.

During my training, I was introduced to various machines, such as the plasma machine, flame cutting machine, and three-axis CNC machine, as well as traditional manufacturing processes, such as turning machines, milling machines, rolling processes, shears, and drills.

Working at Giad Industrial City was an amazing experience, and I was able to learn a lot from my colleagues and mentors.
