40 years exp. D.B.A. Evergreen Home Design. Est 1984. I have designed over 200 Homes in Kitsap Co. From 420 Sq Ft Tiny Houses to 11,640 sq ft Lange Mansion in So Keyport. Certified Professional Building Designer by the American Institute of Building Design in 2000. Often I customize "off the shelf" house plans and bring them to local code. All Designs are triple drafted with AutoCad, 3D Sketchup and 5D Render so you can better visualize your project. I also size all structural members with Strucalc. I offer a free initial consultations, and my rates are quite reasonable. On Buildings and Decks I also can provide Construction Administration. With 40 years of experience, I am the owner of Evergreen Home Design, established in 1984. I have designed over 200 homes in Kitsap County, ranging from 420 sq. ft. tiny houses to an 11,640 sq. ft. mansion in South Keyport. I offer a free initial consultation, and my rates are quite reasonable. For buildings and decks, I also provide construction administration services. Furthermore, we now offer modeling and rendering services for architectural firms. We can create complete solar panel and riser diagrams with a grid interface for Puget Sound Energy permits, and I can also pull building permits.
