My name is Aaron Wilz and I am a mechanical engineer with over 5 years of experience in a fast paced, industry leading high quality design environment where I am actively working on consumer products. My background is in mechanical engineering design and analysis of custom plastic injection molded parts, diecasting, and metal stamping/forming. This includes everything from conceptual design and material selection, through design tolerance and stress analysis, to prototype and production level tooling. Prior to becoming an engineer, I worked through college as a TIG welder and offer a hands-on approach to problem solving and prototyping.

I have experience with the following CAD Softwares: SolidWorks, Fusion360, Cimatron, Inventor, AutoCAD, and FreeCAD. Along with CAD design I am experienced with Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) as well. I use cam to program 3 axis CNC milling centers daily.
