I'm a mechanical design engineer with 11+ years of experience in product design, foundry tooling and manufacturing support. I help clients turn existing models, sketches, drawings and measured parts into practical CAD and clear manufacturing documentation. My work includes SolidWorks parts and assemblies, detailed 2D drawings, GD&T, BOMs, model revisions, STEP/STL conversion, reverse engineering, and tooling and fixture design. My background includes piping products, cast components, machining, fabrication and 3D printing. I hold a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State. Additional experience includes FARO/PolyWorks scanning, MAGMASOFT casting simulation, SolidWorks configurations and design tables, and CAD automation.
