Have experience using solidworks for the past four years. I am currently a freshman at Olympic College and wanted to find a domain in which I can improve my skills using CAD software's. Also a Certified solidworks associate (CSWA) as of November 2017.

Solidworks/Fusion360/Autocad. 15 years inhouse parts production manager at nationally known log/industrial trailer/dump truck mfgr., experienced in driving production fabrication enterprise with CAD by assessing production needs and diving into assembly models for DXFs and shop drawings to power CNC cutting, pressbrake operations, and assembly. Also frequently scratch-modeled parts and assemblies from broken physical examples or customer sketches to supply jobber replacement parts and structural steel to local industrial concerns and construction companies. Currently fabricator in shipyard, earned CSWA late 2025.

Excel at the ability to conceptualize, visualize and understand a design challenge in order to help solve a problem. Proven ability to create manufactured structures with a focus on attention to detail and lean manufacturing principles. I understand construction principles and am able to clearly communicate with others. I enjoy the process of hand sketching, 2D drafting, 3D modeling in order to complete a project. High accountability for myself is the key to success.
