💡I am a Product Design Engineer and mechanical designer with over 10 years of professional experience in designing products for manufacturing. For more than 9 years, I have been working on and designing plastic components used across various industries (automotive, medical, defense, sanitary, and general consumer/industrial applications). *In parallel, I have been working as a tooling engineer, designing molds for plastic injection molding, vacuum forming, and blow molding, as well as tooling for aluminum casting(GDC/HPDC) *Alongside this, I have over 9 years of experience as a CNC programmer, spending most of my time programming and generating G-code for the manufacturing of injection molding tools. (3-axis milling machines, CNC lathes, and wire EDM machines) *I also spent a short period of my career in the aerospace industry, where I worked on the design of rocket chambers and tools for sheet metal punching and bending. ❗ I also own my own CNC machine for wood processing and a 3D printer, so I understand the needs and challenges of production and how to reduce unnecessary costs.
