Generation of Requisition for the Product Development Team Understanding of Machine Design, Fabrication, Optics, Cryostat, Hermetics, Automobile, Liquid Cooling Solutions, HVAC, Sensors, Hydraulic & Pneumatic Systems, Electronics Hardware, Chassis Development (MIL, industrial, commercial), VPX, VME, PXI, PCIe, ATR, ARINC 404A, DATACENTER, PCB Design & Development, Antenna, Telescopic Mast, Gear system, Optical & Hardware test bench, Jigs/Fixture Design, Thermo vacuum flange etc. Scope of Work establishment, Sketch Presentations & Reviews CAD Rendering DFMEA Reliability, Change Management, Surface Finish, Processes like Hard Anodising, Electroless Nickel Plating, Chromate Conversion Coating, Powder Coating, Fibre laser Engraving/Marking, Screen Printing, and Initial Design Validation using 3D Printing etc. Economic Modelling of Product under development Technology Transfer from R&D to Production, Drafting Manuals, Additive Manufacturing, Lean Manufacturing. Understanding & Implementation of Standards like ASME Y14.5, AS9100D, MIL STD 810, MIL-HDBK-217, JSS55555, JSS-0256-01, IP, ESS, QM333, EMI/EMC (MIL STD 461), etc., and their Implementation of Product Development Planning Basic understanding of programming languages such as C, C++, Python. Develop and manage a team of Product Designers, Design Engineers and Graphic Designers taking a product from concept to production. Tools- 3DX/Enovia, Teamcenter PLM. Work closely with the Marketing team to generate product insights and help in company promotion activities. Comply with and further evolve the internal design process. Conduct design reviews to ensure the product meets the requirements and standards. Conducting technical recruitment to introduce fresh talent in the team. Modify and refine designs, using working models, to conform to customer specifications, production limitations, or changes in design trends. Coordinate the look and function of product lines. Confer with engineering, marketing, production, and/or sales departments, or with customers, to establish and evaluate design concepts for manufactured products.
