I am a multi-skilled Mechanical Engineer and have worked on design and application engineering roles for 10 years. I am proficient in design using SolidWorks, Inventor and Creo, Finite Element Analysis using Ansys and Abaqus and for CFD analysis I use Ansys. I have worked on projects from Oil and Gas, Biomedical, logistics and transportation, filtration equipment and heavy machinery industries. I have expertise in design and analysis of lifts and conveyors, bellows, hot runner systems, plastic product design and injection mold design. For CAD can provide support in sheetmetal, weldment and surfacing, part& assembly design. I create CAD models considering design for manufacturing, assembly and dis-assembly practices and principles. For FEA I can support in linear/non-linear, static and dynamic analysis, structural, buckling, thermal and fatigue analysis. For CFD I can support in steady state and transient, compressible and incompressible and fluid structure interactions projects.

Currently working for a subsea valve company, responsible for producing concept designs, designing to customer specifications, troubleshooting products, introducing cost-cutting methods and planning departmental work schedule. Particular areas of experience include gate, ball, needle and check valves, but have worked installing pipework and large plant including pulverising mills, electric motors, pumps and compressors.
