Hi, I am a freelance 3D Visualiser and qualified Architectural Technician based in Leeds (UK) skilled in 3DS Max/V-ray & AutoCAD. I work in close liaison with architects, developers, marketing agencies and design consultants to produce architectural CGI which is used primarily to communicate design concepts to clients. Working on projects throughout the UK, I provide still imagery, VR and animations to facilitate the marketing and planning requirements of projects, as well as being used as a means of securing project funding and sponsorship. I have over 25 years experience working in a design environment, working with AutoCAD since 1989 & in the mid 1990's I worked as a beta tester for Autodesk and in 1998 had 3D work published in CADdesk magazine. Two years ago I co-foundered a technical design agency offering creative and technical support. We can assist with 2D or 3D models, creating full detailed drawings and create packages to suit. We’re office based but I like to point out we carry out site survey’s on most of our projects and soon to be introducing 3D laser scanned survey’s known as ‘point cloud files’, simply improves accuracies’ and help reducing human errors, saving money for our clients and speeding up projects without cutting corners.
