With over 15 years experience working in both architectural and building surveying practices throughout the UK, on projects from simple single storey extensions, to multi-million pound commercial and residential developments, I am well placed to assist you with architectural CAD services for your project, no matter the size.
My remote CAD drafting services are provided to both individual clients, as well as ongoing services to architectural professionals, contractors, developers, and teams, across the UK and abroad.
My experience includes the preparation of hundreds of project drawings and supporting documents for Planning Applications, Building Regulations, Construction Design & Detailing, Tender Drawings, and 3D Models. In addition to these services, I can also prepare Land Registry Compliant Lease & Title Plans, prepare specifications and construction contract documentation, and advise on The Party Wall etc. Act.
My qualifications include a BA (Hons.) degree in Architecture, as well as a post graduate diploma in construction surveying, and I have been a Chartered Building Surveyor for over 8 years, all of which has equipped me with both an understanding of architectural design, and crucially, of the construction technology of buildings, both old and new, including compliance with the Building Regulations.
