I am highly skilled mechanical designer, and have over 9 years of experience in all aspects of new product design and development . Proficient experience in choosing and defining from various manufacturing technologies : injection molding, aluminium castings, extrusion, punching, form sheet metal parts, and CNC machining. Hands-on experience while working with external and internal staff and/or customers to diagnose and resolve conflicts with installers and customers at the moment they arise, and tolerantly coordinate subcontractors/vendors in order to achieve precise and accurate results for each project, cut assembly time and reduce cost. I have preformed design work for large projects, with well know companies in Space exploration, Automotive, Robotic, Military, & Piping industries. I do my own design work at home out of my own personal enjoyment, and use 3d printing to bring my designs to life. besides CAD design I enjoy welding, repairing and building my own at home projects to fulfill my need to MAKE.
