With 30 years of hands-on experience in product development, I specialize in bridging the gap between early ideas, functional prototypes, and manufacturable, production-ready designs. My work focuses on making sure products don’t just look good or work in a lab, but can actually be built, assembled, tested, and supported at scale.

My background spans the full development lifecycle, including concept refinement, detailed mechanical design, prototyping, testing and validation, and design-for-manufacturing (DFM). I’ve worked extensively with plastic injection molding, metal castings, stamping, sheet metal fabrication, and PCB mechanical integration, and I understand how manufacturing processes directly impact design decisions, cost, and reliability.

I’ve led and supported projects from early feasibility through to production launch and ongoing manufacturing support — including supplier coordination, inspection approvals, and troubleshooting both prototype and production-level issues.
