That should be it. I have submitted all the files. Please let me know if there are any issues. Thank You.

We know the hub fillets are for machineability but would be a LOT easier to modify the props if you could provide the 3D model without the fillets.

The trailing edge should be the original thickness. Let me explain the rational - marine propellers as use by powerboat - owners send their bronze props to be cupped by the prop shop specialist. They will use an anvil ( or pipe ) and hammer to form the cupping at the trailing edge - just like swimming if your cup your hands you can pull better. So the width of blade from leading to trailing should be shorter due to the curvature and the thickness of trailing edge should remain the same. The trailing edge towards the hubs need to be thicker for strength or the blades will break off. Hub fillets is for machineability.
I have a miniature super charger for hobby engine coming - might be your cup of tea. 2 stage single volute ?

It would be nice to have the original prop vane surface without the tapered addition on the trailing edge. Also without the hub fillets. There are a couple of items I'd like to discuss before doing additional changes, e.g. there is no information on how thick the trailing edge should be. Original prop is getting thicker towards the hub, I made my trailing edge the same thickness as the leading edge, .2mm.

This is the same model as the first project. If you accept this file, I will submit all versions of 7016, after original modifications are approved. I don't want to spend too much time creating parts if this is not exactly what you are looking for.

2D drawings in Solidworks
Follow the Procedure to produce 2D drawings (See PowerPoint for method). Really repetitive work. There are 4 Solidworks files in attachment to make a test. We will have hundreds of those to do.
Timing pulley - SolidWorks Designer
very simple timing pulley. First to summit the complete work will get the prize.
Mechanical Engineer to develop light guides or light pipes used with LEDs
Looking for an engineer that has experience with light guides or light pipes used with LEDs, and that can design a few simple light guides for an electronic device. 3 LEDs - red, green, blue will feed the light pipe. the other end of the light pipe will be visible to the user thorugh a cutout in the enclosure. the user will see this end of the light pipe, which is 2 strips each at .2 wide x 2" long. there may be some curvature to these 2" long strips (maybe a radius of 2.5"). when the red LED is on the strips will light up red. same for green, etc. need to make sure the lighting is continuous (not brighter at one end than the other). Proven experience with LIght pipes is required. $100 for initial sketch and background proving that this design will work. Further work would then be given to winner to develop the concept into a injection molded part. Good Luck and I look forward to working with you.
Waterproof Air monitor for drones
Hi, We need a waterproof air monitor for our drones, which has enough airflow to detect particulates, gasses and other pollutants. And has no water ingress. The enclosure needs to be made from plasics, ABS of PLA, and there has to be an atenna for a LoRa module an arduino and batteries. The sensors will be placed directly onto the arduino.
