Architect Design 3D Models - Commercial Building One 3D Eleavtion - only
3D Modelling – Drawing REQUEST – No actual Architectural deign required
All designs and finishes will be provided.
No plan drawing required.- Elavation only
The type of building is a modular building. No experience is need to this type of construction, but they are manufactured in factory in slices and then shipped to site. Details will be given.
The purpose of the finished drawing to be placed on a website – I intend to start my own consultant’s business, although I do have CAD Design experience, I do require a more professional touch, plus busy with other areas.
The finished example I need is “similar” to the images on Page 1 of the attachment. - will give you a good idea.

1st part sketch type
The sketch part will be the fame design only – I have attached some examples to the design -Pease remember – these do not have to be perfect in size or dimensions – just to give a good idea to the frame design.
Basically – 4 Corner posts – Top channels with roof joist and roof steel (steel)

The section and information are on the attached page which provides all the main information.

I have mentioned that small dimensions are not important but to give you a perspective – see overall building dimensions.
The sketch part – can make or give the impression – two storey
Main building – single storey only
Background and Landscaping
This is s commercial building, so no swimming pools or fancy cars.
Trees in the back ground to give it some depth, blue cloudy sky etc
Front – grass or foot path – don’t mind
Would like to see a plain white background to the sketch part
Summer or winter setting or dusk or day – sun shading is a must to give it some depth etc

Will be designed to be full width not full page of a website page
Must be designed so my website maker can resize is required

Is the composition of the main building is strictly a copy of the same container model ? - Ans - It's a guideline only but it must have the ext wall finishes - use the dimensions sheet
include the sketch part and rendered part on the same visual like the sample you attached ? Yes this one render only - bascially, the sketch frames blends into the main builidng

Liver Shell
Design should be of a liver shell. It should be an anatomically accurate model that can be printed if needed to. The inside should be hallow and the liver should include a hole on top where the hyper-vein would normally be and a hole on bottom where the vein would leave. The liver shell should be a 2 piece design that can be clicked/ screwed together to symmetrically put together the 2 halves.
