Teething Toy Design

in 3D Modeling Design held by bambeado
Contest Closed
Description:
We currently have a teething toy produced called Little bamBAM (it is the picture attached that looks like a giraffe). One of the aspects that mothers have commented on many times is that their children enjoy chewing on the horns – they are long enough to reach the back of the gums but they can’t push it down their throats and gag.

What I am hoping to have produced is a single molded product that has multiple protrusions, with different textures. I have attached images of some popular teething products that have some of these protrusions so you can see the type of textures I am referring to. The teething banana is one of the most popular baby products on Amazon right now so it would be good to have the toothbrush part included.

I am thinking this may need to be some sort of ring, but am open to suggestions. I have attached an image of an octopus that has multiple protrusions (although all the same texture) so this is one way the effect can be achieved.
Wants:
Single molded product
At least five protrusions that are no longer than 5cm from the main body.
There should be at least four different textures (similar to those on the product images attached) on the protrusions
There must also be texture on the main body of the product.

Inspired by Deep Space, Guardians of the Galaxy, Aliens, Star Trek, and Stargate hence it's colors and strange warp gate-like appearance.
This is a teething ring fit for any little one with big dreams to infinity and beyond at warp speed of course!
It's ergonomic design is as smooth as a baby's butt with lots of little bumps that stick out allover, starter look-alike blocks, varied texturing everywhere, two nipple-like protrusions for suckling interests to assist with breastfeeding moms as needed, and a teething brush atop that even Baby Groot would be proud to have!
It's a perfect for holding a young space travelers interest keeping them entertained for hours on end!

#28 teeth toy for babies by Omar Farouk
this is a pre-design idea i think it's mechanically good because of the comfortable handles for the baby's hands and it's also a single molded product, it's editable so you can edit the texture and the overall shape can be edited as well
please send me a feedback even if you didn't choose my design so i can do better

#21 Theeting Star by Pablo Gosso
Following project specs I created a really basic shape and added 5 different teething features with different shapes and sizes.
I follow ergonomic size according to similar product so the concept is already dimensioned for babies.
This is a parametric model so we can easily change any feature according to your needs.
I have already checked molding Draft so the shape is ready for mold/tool creation.
Looking forward to your feedback, Pablo

Paint Poncho Pro
Paint Poncho Pro are wet paint brush and roller silicone protectors. I need 3D drawings to provide to my manufactures. They are asking for the file format to be in IGS or STP .
HIRING MULTIPLE FORMZ DESIGNERS FOR ASAP
I need you to render me 3 objects from pictures I will send to you if you accept. However here is the criteria I will need you to follow when rendering each object; A dimensioned drawings of two of following views - top, front, left, right, back, bottom, plus one section view . Drawings should be at 1:20 scale and show signifcant dimensions. (at 1:20 scale a 4m x 6m structure will comfortably ft on an A3 page). You can adjust the scale if you need to, but make a note of this. You should use screen grabs, hand drawn support sketches and computer renders to illustrate at least 10 significant steps in the sequence from research to realisation.
Mechanical Block Grab
I badly need a design for a mechanical block grab as in this link: http://www.kmplant.com/productimages/prod0118_1.jpg and also see this video below: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ehXqP1zgbIE I need it with the lock mechanism that can lock and release mechanically, a rachet lock
Little commercial remodel in Puerto Penasco Mexico
I bought a little commercial building and I want to completely update this building and use it for a franchise wholesale and retail auto parts distributor. I am tearing down much of it. I want to stay with a similar look of other locations. I am expanding the interior adding more second floor and a larger showroom than exists currently. The dimensions on files are accurate and I need to stay with in them. I am looking to keep most of my inventory stored on the second floor and a slide to move parts from the second floor to the first floor easy and fast. I will move and redesign the current water closets and add a little space for a cafe (coffee maker, small refrig, microwave and toaster oven.} Total building area including first and second floor to be 300 M2 +/-. I want to keep energy efficiencies and the salt air and desert climate in mind. I want to add a small office that has the best advantage to oversee the sales floor and inventory if possible at least the check out area I will be using extensive camera system to help eliminate theft. The pictures is the actual building and the dimensions are what I have to use. I'm not set on any specific parking lot entrance or exit.. The windows I want to stay with the look that are 1 meter by 1 meter.
The gentlemans shaver
We need a design for a shaver handle. The design should have an exclusive look to it, not "spacey" as many established brands are. Keywords for the design could be "gentleman, scandinavian, hipster, modern man, elegant, James Bond, simple" and such. What we need is a design made in CAD, and ultimately files ready for production, our current setup requires .dwg or .dwt files. But we would like to see an realistic 3d render of the handle. There are though some specifications for the connection between the handle and the razor blades that should be met. Since the connection is an standard set of from our razor-blade production partner. In the attached files there are an example of an handle and the lock mechanism, so the way the blades are connected and the sliding lock works should be thought into the design. It's for the scandinavian market, so the design should fit in there, and should ofcourse have a good grib, size and weight to it. We have a target weight of minimum 50-60gr to the handle.
