- Experienced in Sheet metal, Welding Callous Symbols, Casting and General Assembly drawing creation.
- Design experience in Checking Fixtures for plastic, casting & sheet metal parts.
- Design experience in Cutting tools like Reamer, Boring Bar, Drill bit.
- Drawing creation as per client standards and ASME Y14.5.
- With reference to the customer drawing (PDF or Reverse Engineering with customer sample), do the model based on the requirement.
- Design changes on exiting design to implement the product design change input as per client proposal.
- Concept Design for Checking Fixtures and Gauges.
- Assigning level of experience in GD&T Tolerance stack up Analysis as per assembly functional study.
- Good on product visualization (2D drawing to 3D conversion).
- Excellent on engineering drawing and design understanding.
- Conversion from 2D drawings to 3D parametric CAD model and detailing.
- Conversion from 3D parametric to 2D drawings as per ASME Y14.5.
- Create BOM list preparation for Assembly parts.
- Creating manufacturing stage drawings of machining parts.
- Design approaches using TOP-DOWN and BOTTOM-UP methods.
- Good Knowledge about Manufacturing process and Surface roughness range.
