• Design Engineer Helios technologies · Full-time Mar 2018 – Present 8 yrs 3 mos undefined, Czechia Designed and developed with multiple phases of the machine requirements, design, development, integration using AutoCAD inventor 2020.
  Developing and designing concept for Special purpose Machines, robot cell for Welding fixtures, Assembly fixtures, checking fixtures for costumers like Magna, Volkswagen, Skoda, Kwd automotive, Toyota, Grupo Antolin, Cooper standard.
  Managed multiple projects concurrently and managed changing priorities.
  Discussed with customer for the requirements of the project, developed the concept according to the need of the customer and getting approve from them.
  Executed Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA) for projects which were complex in mechanism.
  Generated the Bill of material (BOM) for each project using AutoCAD inventor and converted into excel sheet.
  Mentored the newly joined jr Design engineers by helping to learn them Cad and ensuring that the know all the company standard of making design using Team center. (product lifecycle management system)
  Appling Gd and T for the required parts of the machine while reviewing the drawings made by my team using Team center(product lifecycle management system)
  Made design calculation of gears for the Wheel arch inserting machine for Magna (Romania)
