I am a chief design engineer working with manufacturers, machine builders and engineering offices that need calculations they can trust and drawings a shop floor can build from.

What I do:
- Structural strength and stiffness calculations for steel structures, machine frames, lifting equipment, fixtures and pressure-retaining parts, both classical hand calculations and FEA.
- Independent review of third-party calculations and design documentation, with a written findings report listing every non-conformity and how to fix it.
- Full design documentation: 3D models, assembly and detail drawings, bills of materials, and DXF flat patterns ready for laser cutting and bending.
- Design for manufacturability: material selection, weldability, tolerances, fabrication route.

Codes: Eurocodes (EN 1993, EN 1991), Russian and Belarusian codes (SP, GOST, TKP EN), ISO standards. I can take a design made to one code set and check or convert it to another.

Deliverables are written: a calculation report in PDF with load cases, assumptions and results, plus native CAD files. Communication by message and email only, everything documented in writing.
