I help fabricators and engineering teams turn approved design information into clear, practical drawings and production data.

My background includes more than 25 years of overall manufacturing and site experience involving structural steel, tanks, pipe racks, platforms, handrails and ladders. This practical experience helps me consider how components will be cut, fabricated, assembled and erected.

I prepare shop and fabrication drawings, assembly and erection drawings, general arrangements, material take-offs and bills of materials. I also support plate nesting, cutting layouts, drawing revisions, redline updates and as-built documentation.

I work from approved designs and engineer-provided connection details. I review dimensions, part marks, weld and bolt information, material lists and drawing consistency, and raise missing or conflicting information for clarification.

My tools include AutoCAD, Tekla Structures, AjanCAD Nesting and Excel. Depending on the agreed scope, deliverables can include drawing packages, editable files, material schedules and nesting layouts.

I am interested in individual detailing assignments and ongoing fabrication support. For each project, I aim to agree the required inputs, deliverables, revision scope and schedule clearly, with careful attention to accuracy, manufacturability and communication.
