• Head - Technical Services (Engineering & RnD) pinar teb · Part-time Feb 2026 – Present 8 mos Tabriz, East Azerbaijan Province, Iran Led a team of 12 to design and set up Iran's first micro-cannula production line, from process design to full production, with a capacity of about 2,500 cannulas per day, replacing imported cannulas with a lower-cost local product.

  Designed and built 6+ special-purpose machines in-house, including swaging, grinding, assembly, and testing machines, as no local supplier could provide them; this cost much less than imported equipment, which was expensive and hard to obtain.

  Set up production for Jamshidi needles, lipo-injection needles, and ovulation needles, all made from 316L stainless steel.
  •
  Ran process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) and cleanroom production under an ISO 13485 quality system.
