About
I’m an Industrial and Product Designer driven by the belief that good design should be simple, functional, innovative and purposeful.
With a degree in Industrial Design from the University of Beira Interior and a postgraduate degree in Interior Design from Lisbon School of Design, I have developed a multidisciplinary approach that allows me to move naturally between concept development, 3D modelling, technical design, prototyping and production.
At TOLNIBER – Graça & Mendes, Lda, I worked on 3D projects and technical drawings using SolidWorks and DraftSight, acting as a bridge between the commercial and production teams. This experience taught me how to transform ideas and client requirements into feasible, efficient and well-resolved solutions.
At Embalcut, I worked as a Product Designer specialising in premium packaging, developing solutions for diverse industries including luxury jewellery, wine, cosmetics, tableware and cutlery. I was involved throughout the prototyping process, working closely with professionals from complementary disciplines, including graphic design, to turn concepts into tangible products.
My experience with SolidWorks, DraftSight and CorelDRAW allows me to develop the technical and visual resources needed to support a project from the initial idea through to production.
My design approach is minimalist and functional, while always seeking innovation and efficiency. I believe the best solutions emerge from understanding the client's needs, challenging assumptions and finding the right balance between aesthetics, usability and technical feasibility.
