  My work includes mechanical design and 3D modeling in Creo Parametric, development of parts and assemblies, engineering drawings, design modifications and product optimization.
  
  I also use ANSYS Mechanical for structural FEA and ANSYS Fluent for CFD analysis to validate designs and support engineering decisions.
  
  Key Responsibilities & Expertise:
  - Pump Design & Engineering: Extensive hands-on experience in the mechanical design and development of high-performance diaphragm (membrane) pumps and piston pumps.
  - Structural & Frame Design: Designing robust skid structures, baseplates, and support frames tailored for heavy-duty industrial pump systems using PTC Creo Parametric.
  - Advanced Engineering Simulations (FEA): Conducting detailed structural and stress analysis using ANSYS Mechanical to validate frame durability, ensure structural integrity, and optimize material usage.
  - Fluid Dynamics & Fluid Mechanics (CFD): Utilizing ANSYS Fluent to perform flow simulations, evaluate hydraulic performance, and optimize internal fluid pathways within dosing systems and pump components.
  - Manufacturing Documentation: Generating precise 3D models, complex manufacturing assemblies, and detailed 2D technical drawings adhering to strict industrial standards.
