I am a professional Architectural and Structural Drafter with experience in producing permit-ready drawing sets for residential and commercial projects.
My core services include:
· Architectural plans: floor plans, elevations, sections, roof plans, and door/window schedules
· Structural drawings: foundation plans, framing plans, beam and joist layouts, and construction details
· MEP layouts: HVAC, plumbing, and electrical plans
· Site plans and plot plans for permit approval
· Plan check corrections and city comment revisions
· ADU, garage conversion, and addition drawings
I work primarily in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp, and I deliver clean, accurate, and well-organized drawings. I communicate clearly, meet deadlines, and revise until the client is satisfied.

Developed practical skills in AutoCAD, structural detailing, and reading construction drawings, which I now apply to producing permit-ready architectural and structural plans.
