Hi, I am a Mechanical Design Engineer with experience in CAD modeling, product development, engineering simulation, and manufacturing. My expertise lies in the creation of practical and manufacturing mechanical designs with SolidWorks and autocad in addition to that, I have experience in ANSYS analysis, sheet metal design, prototyping and fabrication. The experience that I have ranges through the entire product development and manufacturing process; from the development of CAD models and technical drawings to fabrication, inspection, assembly and testing of these designs. I have worked on products such as gearboxes, drivetrains, robotic mechanism, sheet metal products, laboratory equipment and 3D printed parts. My primary emphasis is on the accuracy, practicality and manufacture of designs along with detail. Be it a 3D CAD model, mechanical part design, assembly, design modification or technical drawings or assistance with any product development project.

Shaft Structural & Modal Analysis university of the pacific · Apprenticeship Jan 2026 – Mar 2026 2 mos Stockton, CA, USA Structural and modal analysis of a rotating shaft was carried out to study its mechanical behavior while in operation. Stress and deformation analysis was done for the evaluation of the structural behavior of the rotating shaft, while modal analysis was done to find the natural frequencies. Analytical as well as simulated results were compared.
Gearbox Design and Fabrication university of the pacific · Freelance Jan 2025 – Apr 2025 3 mos Stockton, CA, USA In my school project i was involved in the designing and developing of a gearbox, designing the parts of the gearbox with the use of CAD/CAM technologies taking into account the manufacturing process. Acquired practical skills in machining, assembling and manufacturing the parts of the gearbox. Then, after assembling the the gearbox was testes for its functioning and reliability.
