About

Senior Mechanical Engineer with 16 years of experience in the metalworking industry and deep expertise in medical device product development. I take complex products - such as surgical tables and hospital accessories - from design input through validation in an ISO 13485 environment, with DHF traceability and ANVISA compliance.

I apply FEA (SolidWorks Simulation), DFM and GD&T (ASME Y14.5) to ensure structural performance, manufacturability, cost reduction and regulatory compliance. My work spans 3D modeling, reverse engineering, rapid prototyping with FDM 3D printing, sheet-metal and welded (GTAW/TIG) structures, and machined stainless-steel and aluminum components.

Selected work: I technically led the development of a hip arthroscopy positioning and traction system with a snap-fit locking mechanism validated by FEA - approved at a hospital trade fair and released for commercialization.
