I am a senior Industrial Designer with 15+ years of experience in product design, 3D CAD and manufacturing. I specialise in taking products from concept through detailed CAD development and prototyping, with a strong focus on practical, manufacturable solutions.

My experience includes injection-moulded products, sheet metal, CNC machining, die casting, 3D printing and structural components. I am highly proficient in SolidWorks and have extensive experience with Onshape, with additional experience in Fusion 360 and Blender.

I bring a hands-on understanding of how products are actually made, allowing me to develop designs that are not only visually considered but also technically sound and production-ready.

I can assist with concept development, 3D modelling, detailed part design, assemblies, manufacturing drawings, design refinement, prototyping and preparing CAD for manufacture.
