I am a Food Processing and Fabrication enthusiast with hands-on experience in CAD design, stainless-steel fabrication, equipment maintenance, quality control, and production management.
My background in Food Science and Processing Technology, combined with practical experience in stainless-steel manufacturing, gives me a unique understanding of both the design and real-world fabrication of equipment used in the food industry. I have experience taking concepts from the initial design stage through fabrication, assembly, testing, and quality inspection.
I can assist with CAD design, 3D modelling, stainless-steel equipment fabrication, and also reverse engineering of existing designs while paying close attention to functionality, accuracy, manufacturability, hygiene, and practical use. I have worked on several projects including; Design and fabrication of Edible oil refining system, pasteurizer's, pulpers, storage tanks, steam boilers, homogenizers etc..
I am committed to delivering accurate, practical, and high-quality designs while communicating clearly with clients throughout the project.
