  The work for RB Plant consists of part-time, occasional Revit structures work on food production, pharmaceutical and petrochemical plant new builds, refurbishments and extensions, typically done in Revit 2022-4. This work also included on occasion the need to include architectural and MEP elements within the models, so some of the models created here are multi-disciplinary.

  Cre8 Structures have an ongoing requirement for structural Revit work, which I carry out on a part-time, ad-hoc basis from home, having worked on several separate projects, mainly medium-sized mixed-use and residential developments within the London area.
  
  
  July 2025 – November 2025. Meinhardt, London - Revit MEP Technician
  Project W, Saudi Arabia. Modelling of below-ground utilities duct and pipes for major resort development in Saudi Arabia. Use of pipes, ducts, flexiducts etc. families and coordination on large scale with multiple departments, disciplines and external companies using ACC. Done in Revit 2022 & 2025
  Jermyn Street, London. Modelling of MEP services and utilities for 3-storey extension on top of existing 4-storey building. Production of Utiliti9es GA drawings. Done in Revit 2024
  Chippenham Road, London. Modelling of MEP services and utilities for large apartment block development comprising several buildings and various sizes of apartment and maisonettes. Production of Utilities GA drawings. Done in Revit 2024.
  
  
  June 2024 – July 2025. Pell Frischmann, London - Senior Revit Bridges Technician
  Gallows Corner Flyover. Modelling of replacement A-road flyover in Essex, comprising of steel piers and girders supporting pre-cast deck planks, and RC abutments and bearings. All done in Revit 2023. The contract here was initially due to end in December 2024, but has been extended until end of July 2025.
  
  
  October 2023 – February 2025. PRP, Hampshire - Senior BIM/Revit Structural Technician
  Creag Dhubh GIS Building. Modelling of building structure and coordination with Siemens/SSE internal power distribution equipment. All work done on ACC. This work also included on occasion the need to include architectural and MEP elements within the models, so some of the models created here are multi-disciplinary.

  August 2021 – July 2024. Niras, Kegworth, Derbyshire - Senior BIM/Revit Structural Technician
  This is another part-time, ad-hoc contract. Projects that I worked on here include:-
  Heineken Hop Store. Modelling and draughting of new hop store within existing 19th century brewery building. All done in Revit 2022.
  Oatly Food Production Factory Refit. Modelling and draughting of several new independent steel structures for storage buildings and truck delivery area canopies around a refurbished factory. All done in Revit 2021.
  
  
  March 2023 – September 2023. Curtins, Liverpool
  Working on a wide range of projects of different types and scales, I provided an ongoing resource for Curtins through a period of high workload. This started as a 3-week contract, but ran to over 6 months.
  
  June 2022 – August 2022. ES Global. 3D AutoCAD Draughtsman
  London Stadium Temporary Seating Support Structure
  ESG had a short-term requirement for assistance with producing construction and fabrication drawings for a support structure for extra temporary seating at the London Stadium.

  Work on a wide range of small projects, from residential housing refurbishments to holiday park cabins. All done using Revit 2022 or AutoCAD.
  
  July 2021 – December 2021. Rolton Engineering, Rushden, Northants – Structural Revit/BIM Technician
  British Volt Car Battery Factory. As part of a larger team of Revit modellers on this project, I was primarily involved in the roof steelwork and secondary steelwork for this large new-build factory model, all done in Revit 2021, and hosted on BIM360.

  Innocent Smoothies, The Blender, Rotterdam. External works, earthworks and landscaping modelling in Revit 2019. Project hosted on BIM360.
  
  October 2020 – March 2023. HDR Hurley Palmer Flatt, Croydon - Senior BIM/Revit Structural Technician
  Microsoft Powergate Data Hall, Park Royal & Ark Longcross Data Hall, Surrey. Two large data hall projects, for both of which I was the lead structural BIM technician, coordinating with Architects, M&E consultants & Telecoms engineers. The Microsoft project was managed on BIM360, and modelled in Revit 2020.
  
  Sept 2019 – March 2020. COWI UK, London – Senior BIM/Revit Structural Technician
  HS2 Overbridges – Updated Scheme Design models & drawings for a series of 10 bridges spanning over a section of the proposed High Speed rail link between London & Birmingham. This is a BIM level 2 project, utilising ProjectWise to share and access live files with all other relevant parties on the project.
  HS2 Viaducts – Detailed Design drawings and associated modifications & updates to the existing Scheme Design models for several railway viaducts along the rout of HS2.
