Strong expertise in CAD/CAM programming using Edgecam, with advanced experience in 5-axis machining strategies, 3D modeling, toolpath development, machining parameter definition, and process optimization. Experienced in programming and operating machining centers, CNC lathes, and advanced 5-axis equipment, including DMG, Romi, Wotan and Mazak machines.

Experienced in the development and implementation of complete machining processes, from technical drawing and process analysis through CNC programming, machine setup, machining validation, dimensional inspection, and final process standardization. Strong knowledge of cutting tools, cutting parameters, tooling technologies, machining methods, and the development of high-performance cutting tools aimed at increasing productivity, reducing costs, and improving quality.

Strong background in Process Engineering, with experience developing new manufacturing processes, improving existing processes, reducing manufacturing times and waste, optimizing the use of labor and raw materials, and implementing innovative manufacturing solutions. Experienced in production processes including machining, welding, painting, and assembly.

Proven experience in technical leadership and team supervision, including coordination of multidisciplinary teams, production indicators, performance management, supplier development, equipment and technology implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
