I am a mechanical engineer and PhD researcher with extensive experience in mechanical design, CAD, prototyping, and experimental engineering. My work has involved developing custom mechanical systems, scientific instruments, fixtures, and prototypes for advanced research in microelectronics and biomedical engineering.
I have designed and built experimental equipment, electromechanical mechanisms, custom testing setups, and components for additive manufacturing and microfabrication. My research has required combining mechanical design with materials science, electronics, manufacturing, and experimental validation, giving me a strong understanding of how designs perform beyond the CAD environment.

electrodes intended for long-term brain implantation and neural signal recording. The work
included optimization of Two-Photon Polymerization resins, development of a selective
electroless gold plating technique, design of dedicated microfabrication setups, electrochemical
impedance characterization, and in vivo neural probe implantation experiments. - Post doctoral researcher The university of Hong Kong · Full-time Dec 2020 – Dec 2023 3 yrs Hong Kong Developed from the ground up a hybrid Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) and localized laser sintering process for manufacturing 3D printed electronic circuits. The method uses a thermoplastic/copper oxide composite filament compatible with FDM printing; after laser sintering, it forms a highly conductive porous copper structure suitable for printed conductive vias. This work is the subject of a pending patent.

Simulation & optimization: MATLAB modeling of tunneling currents, multiparameter fitting, and nanogap structure optimization.
Prototype development: Adaptation of FFF 3D printing for direct PLA printing on Kapton substrates to create flexible pressure sensors.
