  • ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN Tektonik Electrical services · Part-time Jan 2025 – Feb 2025 1 mos Abule Egba, OG, Nigeria During my apprenticeship at Tektonik Electrical Services, I worked alongside experienced electricians on a variety of residential and commercial electrical projects. This role gave me the opportunity to build a strong practical foundation in electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
    My responsibilities included installing electrical wiring and conduits, assisting with panel wiring, identifying and fixing electrical faults, carrying out routine maintenance, and using electrical testing equipment to ensure systems were working properly. I also learned to read electrical drawings, follow safety regulations, and work effectively as part of a team to complete projects on time and to a high standard.
    This experience strengthened my technical skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail while helping me develop the confidence to work in real world electrical environments.

Other experience

  • Automotive Mechanic in my family's Car Garage, Thessaloniki Greece Working in my family's auto repair workshop gave me my first real experience in a technical environment. I assisted experienced mechanics with the repair and maintenance of different types of vehicles, where I learned the importance of hard work, attention to detail, and working safely.
    My day-to-day responsibilities included helping with routine vehicle servicing, inspecting vehicle parts, replacing worn components, using hand tools and workshop equipment, and assisting with basic fault diagnosis. I also helped keep the workshop organized and worked closely with the team to ensure repairs were completed efficiently.
    This experience sparked my interest in engineering and helped me develop practical problem-solving skills, a strong work ethic, and the confidence to work with technical systems qualities that have continued to support my growth in the electrical engineering field.
