About
I am a Lead Mechanical Design Engineer with over 20 years of hands-on industrial experience. I specialize
in designing non-standard equipment, complex metal structures, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems from
scratch based on client specifications.
Unlike pure "CAD drafters," I have extensive experience working directly on manufacturing floors. I
understand metal fabrication technologies (machining, bending, laser cutting, casting). This allows me to
design not just functional parts, but technologically optimized parts that are cheap and easy to
manufacture and assemble.
I am ready to take on tasks of any complexity, providing complete turnkey project documentation
(excluding electrical schematics).
Primary CAD: SolidWorks, Kompas-3D; AutoCAD (base skills).
CAD Agnostic: Capable of importing, analyzing, and converting files from ANY CAD system (STEP,
IGES, X_T) and preparing them for manufacturing.
Manufacturing Prep: Expert in sheet metal design, flat pattern creation, and DXF file generation for
CNC laser cutting and bending. Optimal nesting to reduce material waste.
Engineering: Mechanical design, complex metal structures, pressure vessels, hydraulic/pneumatic
systems, and lifting equipment.
Simulation: Structural and stress analysis (SolidWorks Simulation).
Hardware: High-performance workstation (AMD Ryzen 9 5900X, 64GB RAM, Dual Monitors) – ready for
heavy assemblies and complex computations without performance bottlenecks.

Developed full hydraulic schematic diagrams, pump blocks, and heat exchanger assemblies.

Engineered adsorption units, generators, and ASME-standard pressure vessels.
