Job Description as Electrical Modeler/Revit
Coordinate work with the BIM coordinator and Lead Engineers for timely completion of deliverables.
Create Support the BIM Coordinator and Lead Engineers in day-to-day BIM implementation activities.
Develop 3D/2D dimensional models using Revit and Civil 3D required for shop drawings and as-builts preparation, clash reporting and presentation aligned with the project LOD requirements and modeling standards.
Extract 3D models for clash analysis, schedule review and QS.
Ensure coordination of all Model interfaces with other disciplines.
Conduct clash detection and visual walkthroughs using Navis Works Manage.
Ensure all Models, drawings and deliverables are checked to comply with project and company quality standards and BIM requirements.
Prepare the engineering drawings from the model that comprises of basic arrangements, layouts, profiles, sections etc.
Develop and extract 2D geometry from the models for internal reviews and coordination meetings.
Revit work sharing process to manipulate Revit families, views, browser structure, schedules, filters and similar Revit functions.
Create Project Parameter sharing Parameter sheets, Notes, Legends, with labels and text.
Understanding of 3D coordination with other constructions trades.
Ability to read and interpret drawings.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Job Description as Electrical Draftsman

Create accurate, detailed technical plans for MEP systems using computer-aided design programs to convert specifications and design information from engineers into schematics and blueprints.
Prepare comprehensive wiring diagrams for electrical equipment, power substations and residential and commercial buildings according to project objectives, design information and engineering specifications.
Check that final technical drafts include all relevant information in an easy-to-read format, and verify that calculations, measurements and units are accurate based on initial design information from engineers.
Review technical drafts as needed according to verbal or written instructions from project managers, engineering team and clients.
Work closely with engineers to develop wiring details and construction plans.
Use specialized computer software to automate design, calculate quantities and check for errors.
Create as-built documents from inspection sketches and notes.
Excellent modeling knowledge in Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D, Navis Works & AutoCAD
Knowledge in mechanical and/or electrical building systems and infrastructure utilities
Good PC skills, specifically Microsoft Windows Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
