I’m a Product Design Engineer with a background in professional design engineering, hands-on marine systems and practical prototyping. I specialise in turning ideas, sketches and real-world problems into functional 3D models, technical drawings and prototype-ready designs.
I hold qualifications in Multi-Disciplinary Engineering & Design and Drawing Office Practice, with professional experience designing industrial environmental-control and process systems using AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor.
Since moving into the superyacht industry in 2014, I’ve gained extensive hands-on experience working with mechanical equipment, marine systems, maintenance, fabrication and practical problem-solving. That experience strongly influences how I design: simple, functional, serviceable and built around how something will actually be used.
Today I work primarily in Shapr3D, alongside AutoCAD, Inventor and FDM 3D-printing workflows. My independent projects include mechanical products, irrigation and hydroponic systems, equipment concepts, assemblies, functional mechanisms and everyday product solutions.
The part I enjoy most is the beginning: you have an idea, sketch or problem — I work out how to turn it into something real.
