Licensed architect in Indiana (AIA, NCARB certified) with 10 years of residential and commercial experience and a long list of repeat builder clients. I started my career in construction, earned my Master of Architecture, and spent the last few years in an Indianapolis firm working on commercial and industrial projects. - Plan redraws and cleanups from hand sketches, PDFs, or old CAD files into a clean Revit model
- Exterior style options and photorealistic renderings for builders and spec homes
- Additions, remodels, ADUs, and commercial interior fit-outs
HOW I WORK
I primarily work with repeat builder clients to produce residential design and spec home packages. I also work directly with homeowners and provide full design services with revisions as needed and screen-share meetings on request. All projects are produced in Revit, which I've used daily for over a decade. Design and plan sets are quoted fixed-price by square footage of living area once I see your sketches, lot, or existing plan; revisions beyond the included rounds are hourly.
