About
I’m a Design Engineer focused on turning manufacturing and validation complexity into dependable, repeatable tooling and verification. Right now, I’m working on tool-room solutions—designing jigs and fixtures to support precise SPM builds—so engineering teams can trust the output before parts move deeper into production.
A big part of how I work is building confidence in quality through qualification. At CIE Automotive India, I helped architect mechanical validation workflows tied to testing lab operations for automotive, electrical, industrial, and healthcare components. The challenge was always the same: approvals need to be reliable, and readiness for production release can’t drift. By organizing the way tests connect to component acceptance, I supported qualification outcomes and helped teams move faster with fewer surprises later.
This same “make it repeatable” mindset shaped my work on composite tooling. While coordinating SMC and DMC molding and supporting multiple molding technologies (Injection, Compression, RTM, and HLU workflows), I engineered shop procedures to stabilize curing quality and dimensional consistency. When dimensional mismatch rework happens, it usually starts upstream—in setup, process handoffs, or tooling repeatability. By standardizing those links and tightening verification habits, I supported steadier throughput and more controlled defect containment.
Precision is where I feel most at home. I regularly used micrometers and Vernier calipers to verify drawing conformance, and I applied blue matching during mold setup to reduce mismatch rework. In parallel, I designed CATIA-based assemblies and created jigs and fixtures to speed up engineering change execution—so changes weren’t just “updated,” they were implemented with clarity and fit.
Across my roles, I also leaned into 5S discipline and corrective tool-room routines to improve reliability and minimize line stoppages. That blend of design, verification, and disciplined execution is the thread connecting my work from polymer processes to aerospace/defence-focused tooling. What excites me now is continuing to build smarter tool-and-validation systems that help quality stay predictable as product demands evolve.
