Industrial Project Manager – Saint Jean Industries (France & China)
I worked at Saint Jean Industries, an automotive forging and casting supplier (400 staff in France, 100 in China), as Industrialization Project Manager. I led CAPEX investments, automation projects, and performance improvements across both the French (Belleville) and Chinese (Changshu) sites. Below are the key projects I delivered.
1. China Forge Line Automation – Changshu, China (2023–2024, 12 months)
Full project management of a manual forge line retrofit to automation.
