At Trafficant, I worked on the development of Jysyty, a friendly electric cargo bike for last-mile delivery. My role covered a broad part of the physical product development process, from design direction and CAD to prototyping, vehicle electrics, testing, and manufacturing iteration.
I led the design and development of the bike’s bodywork and product expression, including plastic and sheet-metal parts, surface geometry, ergonomics, and practical details for production and assembly. I also worked hands-on with prototypes, wiring, component integration, supplier communication, and field testing.
A major part of the work was bridging design and engineering: making sure the bike looked approachable and professional, while also being robust, serviceable, manufacturable, and suitable for real delivery use.
