Senior product designer and CAD specialist with 15+ years of experience turning product ideas, sketches, and rough concepts into practical 3D models, technical drawings, prototypes, and production-ready design files.

I specialise in product design, 3D CAD modelling, electronics enclosures, injection-moulded parts, component packaging, ergonomic refinement, DFM, exploded views, and product visualisation.

I have experience working with local South African fabricators and suppliers, as well as overseas suppliers and manufacturers in China. I can help with concept development, CAD modelling, design refinement, manufacturing drawings, supplier handover files, and realistic product renders.

I have professional SolidWorks experience and can work from SolidWorks files if supplied. My current CAD delivery is mainly through Onshape and neutral formats such as STEP, IGES, STL, DXF, and PDF.
