About
I’m an Industrial Designer and CAD Engineer specializing in reverse engineering and high-precision 3D modeling for manufacturing and scale models.
I help clients turn incomplete references — photos, scans, worn parts, or legacy components — into clean, production-ready CAD. My work focuses on accuracy, structural integrity, and real-world usability, whether for mold making, 3D printing, or small-scale manufacturing.
I have over 10 years of experience in product design and engineering, combining parametric CAD (Rhino, Fusion 360) with hands-on prototyping and manufacturing awareness. I don’t just recreate geometry — I rebuild it as an idealized, functional model ready for production.
Key areas:
• Reverse engineering from photos, scans, and partial data
• Clean parametric CAD (STEP/STL) for manufacturing
• High-detail scale models (1/32, 1/48) and aftermarket components
• Optimization for resin 3D printing (tolerances, shrinkage, strength)
• Preparation for molding and small-batch production
I’m particularly focused on historically accurate reconstruction and precision miniature design, where detail and correctness matter.
If you need a reliable specialist who can translate references into precise, manufacturable CAD — I can help.
