About

I am a mechanical structure engineer with over 22 years of experience in HVAC, heat pumps, commercial and industrial air conditioning, and smart home appliances. I have successfully led more than 300 new product developments from concept to mass production. My designs have been exported to the US and European markets for many years and comply with international standards such as CE, UL, Keymark, and TUV,DVGW,UBA,KTW .

Throughout my career, I have worked with three publicly listed companies, including Fortune Global 500 member Midea, as well as Guangdong Shenling Environmental Systems Co., Ltd. and Guangdong Chigo Air Conditioning Co., Ltd. I have also provided customized design solutions for international clients including Carrier, Iceair, Thermondo, Kaisai, SKD, and others.

1. Expert structure design – I turn your system diagram or idea into a manufacturable, reliable product that passes certifications (CE, Keymark, TUV, UL, etc.). My expertise covers:

2. Industrial design & surface finishing – I have hands-on experience in industrial design. I am proficient in product aesthetics and surface treatment processes, including color matching, printing, plating, laser engraving, IMD, transfer printing, and other decorative techniques. I can conduct feasibility analysis and provide solutions to achieve high-quality appearance and brand identity.

3. Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes & tooling – I am highly proficient in plastic and sheet metal fabrication processes as well as mold and tooling development, ensuring cost-effective and manufacturable designs.

4. Full product realization – From 3D modeling (CREO, CAD), material selection, mold/tooling development, to pilot run and mass production.

5. Work with system/electrical engineers – I understand system design and electrical safety regulations (IEC/EN/UL) as well as refrigerant requirements (R290, R32, R410A). I can also provide helpful suggestions to improve safety, performance, and cost.

6. China local supplier & production support – If you manufacture in China, I can help identify reliable local suppliers, guide local technicians, and provide on-site or remote support to ensure smooth production. I hold one National Priority Invention Patent, 12 invention patents, and over 100 utility model patents. My products have been sold in Europe, the US, and Asia.
