  • FEA Intern Pakistan Airforce · Part-time Aug 2025 – Present 8 mos Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan I am conducting a comprehensive structural validation of an engine test bed using advanced finite element simulation to ensure its safety, reliability, and dynamic performance under realistic operating conditions. The analysis began with a detailed static structural assessment where the test bed was subjected to representative loading conditions including engine weight and thrust forces.
To further evaluate the dynamic behavior of the structure, a modal analysis was performed to determine the natural frequencies and dominant vibration modes of the test bed. Understanding these dynamic characteristics is essential for preventing resonance and ensuring that the structure does not experience excessive vibration during engine operation.
Building upon the modal results, a harmonic response analysis was carried out to study how the test bed responds to dynamic excitation across a range of frequencies. This analysis simulated the vibration environment generated by the engine and allowed the identification of potential resonance conditions, displacement amplification, and stress variations under cyclic loading.

Education

  • NED University of Engg & Tech Karachi Bachelors Mechanical Engineering, Mechacnical Engineering, A+ 2022 – 2026 Activities and Societies: Vice-Chairperson: ASME-NEDUET Football Player Advanced coursework emphasized structural mechanics, machine design, fluid mechanics, and heat transfer, providing deeper insight into how mechanical systems respond to loads, thermal conditions, and fluid interactions. These subjects are central to the analysis and design of mechanical components and engineering structures.
