About
A strong freelance FEA engineer combines technical knowledge with clear communication and reliability. The ability to perform accurate simulations and interpret results is essential. This includes analyzing stresses in structures, studying vibration behavior through modal analysis, and understanding how systems respond to different loads. I do not only run simulations but also explain what the results mean and how the design can be improved.
Proficiency with industry simulation tools such as ANSYS is another important strength. Being comfortable with modeling, setting up boundary conditions, creating meshes, and interpreting results allows an engineer to work efficiently and deliver reliable analyses. However, software skills alone are not enough; strong problem-solving ability is equally important. A good simulation engineer can identify areas where stress is concentrated, suggest design changes to improve strength or reduce weight, and help increase the durability or stability of a structure. I can do that for you
Another valuable strength is the ability to verify and validate results. This involves checking simulations with basic engineering calculations, carefully reviewing boundary conditions, and identifying issues such as unrealistic stresses or modeling errors. Engineers who take the time to validate their work build greater trust with clients because the results are more dependable.
Clear communication also plays a key role in freelance work. Clients often come from different technical backgrounds, so explaining results in a simple and organized way is very important. Providing clear reports, visual results, and practical recommendations helps clients understand the analysis and make better decisions about their designs.

I am conducting a comprehensive structural validation of an engine test bed using advanced finite element simulation to ensure its safety, reliability, and dynamic performance under realistic operating conditions. The analysis began with a detailed static structural assessment where the test bed was subjected to representative loading conditions including engine weight and thrust forces.
To further evaluate the dynamic behavior of the structure, a modal analysis was performed to determine the natural frequencies and dominant vibration modes of the test bed. Understanding these dynamic characteristics is essential for preventing resonance and ensuring that the structure does not experience excessive vibration during engine operation.
Building upon the modal results, a harmonic response analysis was carried out to study how the test bed responds to dynamic excitation across a range of frequencies. This analysis simulated the vibration environment generated by the engine and allowed the identification of potential resonance conditions, displacement amplification, and stress variations under cyclic loading.
Education
- NED University of Engg & Tech Karachi Bachelors Mechanical Engineering, Mechacnical Engineering, A+ 2022 – 2026 Activities and Societies: Vice-Chairperson: ASME-NEDUET Football Player Advanced coursework emphasized structural mechanics, machine design, fluid mechanics, and heat transfer, providing deeper insight into how mechanical systems respond to loads, thermal conditions, and fluid interactions. These subjects are central to the analysis and design of mechanical components and engineering structures.
