Mechanical Engineer – Automotive Body Design & CAD AIRIC · Internship May 2024 – Aug 2024 3 mos Tehran, Tehran Province, Iran Worked in the R&D Department focusing on automotive body design, aerodynamics, and crash-related structures.

Designed and modified vehicle body components and reinforcements using CATIA V5, following internal design standards and real automotive constraints. Contributed to structural parts related to bonnet reinforcement and energy-absorbing components.

Supported crash and structural analysis workflows, gaining exposure to LS-DYNA, offset crash concepts, and vehicle safety structures such as crash cans and deformation zones. Assisted in pre-processing and model preparation using ANSA.
